How artwork works

A whole-box set is one image per combination of door states — 6 for a one-door model, 36 for two. Publishing is refused until every one is present, because a partial set would blank the screen on whichever door combination is absent.

Images go straight from this browser to object storage with a presigned upload, so the bytes never pass through the API. Publishing swaps the new version in at once; boxes of that model learn the new version on their next config and download it themselves, without restarting.
